About The Position

This is a regional driving position with a focus on heavy haul. Drivers will be home between 1.5 to 2 days per week, operating on a Monday to Friday schedule. The role involves processing approximately 3 loads and 16 stops weekly. Drivers will be compensated at $0.52 per mile, with an expectation of at least 1800 miles per week. The service area includes CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, OH, PA, RI, VT, VA, and NY. This job is described as VERY LABOR INTENSIVE, requiring drivers to manually tailgate product at receivers and use hand trucks for larger items. Start times are typically between 4:00–5:00 AM at the beginning of the week, with variations based on load schedules. Drivers are expected to be out overnight for 3–4 nights per week.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Must possess a DOT Medical Card.
• Must have a Valid Class A driver's license.
• Verifiable recent trailer driving experience.
• Less than 2 jobs in the last year.
• Must not have been termed from the last job.
• No more than 2 accidents or tickets in the last 3 years.
• Satisfactory safety and employment history.
• Must live within 50 miles of the city.

Responsibilities
