About The Position
Levitt-Safety is hiring Heavy Equipment, Truck & Transport, and Automotive Journeyman mechanics for a 14/14 FIFO rotation in Fort McMurray. This role focuses on mobile HVAC systems on heavy equipment, offering cleaner work, strong pay, and real-time at home. Levitt-Safety has been Canada's trusted safety partner since 1935, working alongside customers coast to coast to help ensure people return home safely at the end of every shift.
Requirements
- Journeyman or Red Seal in Heavy Equipment, Truck & Transport, or Automotive Service
- Comfort working independently in the field
- Safety-first mindset
Nice To Haves
- Industrial or mining experience preferred
- Fire equipment experience is an asset
Responsibilities
- Mobile HVAC systems on Haul trucks, Dozers, Loaders, and Industrial off-road equipment
- Climate-control diagnostics & repairs
- Preventative maintenance
- Optional cross-training on fire suppression systems
