About The Position

Pape’ Machinery, Inc.’s Construction & Forestry Division is seeking experienced Shop Technicians in Wenatchee, Washington. The role involves working in the shop on construction and forestry equipment to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time, supporting customers and maximizing equipment uptime. Technicians work alongside other trained technicians in a well-supported shop. Two positions are available.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of new and used heavy equipment.
• Team-oriented personality, with the focus and drive to work without direct supervision.
• Discipline and skill to complete a technical diagnostic and repair training program.
• Must provide own tools.

Nice To Haves

• Driver’s license with a good driving record is preferred.
