Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of recent experience or training in vehicle/construction equipment repair and maintenance.
Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Expertise in operating diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting hydraulic systems.
Strong welding and fabrication skills, including acetylene and electric arc welding.
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 60 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.
Willingness to travel and obtain a CDL driver's license, with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and emission issues.
Troubleshoot computer and wiring problems with equipment.
Conduct Tier 4 emissions diagnostics and repairs.
Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure machines stand strong.
Handle equipment teardowns and rebuilds for mobilization.
Repair buckets, attachments, and swap them out as needed for projects.
Document repairs with meticulous detail and prepare comprehensive work orders.
Collaborate with project teams to prioritize repairs and ensure operational efficiency.
Uphold company safety policies and procedures, ensuring all safety devices are properly maintained.
Engage in welding and fabrication tasks as required.
