About The Position

Requirements
- Candidates must be self-motivated team players
- Candidates must have 3-5 years of prior mechanic experience and extensive mechanical knowledge of industrial machinery
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license
- Must be currently eligible to work in the U.S. without further visa sponsorship
- Must be a member of Local 324
Nice To Haves
- Experience with welding is preferred
- Experience with the repair of hydraulic and electrical systems, including the use of schematics, is preferred
- Experience with diagnosing complex machine systems with the aid of OEM electronic diagnostic equipment is preferred
- Formal technical training, certificate, or related experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Repairing and performing preventative maintenance on construction equipment, trucks, pickups, small tools, and equipment
- Assist with shop maintenance as needed
