Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic
- Mechanical experience with hydraulics, electrical, low voltage
- Must have your own tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Technical degree or certification in diesel repair preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical work on heavy equipment, including hydraulics and electrical systems.
- Utilize own tools for repairs and maintenance.
- Work a 40-hour workweek on the 1st shift with no weekends.
Benefits
- Up to $35 per hour
- Up to $2,500 quarterly bonus
- Quarterly tool allowance ($250 - $750; based on tenure)
- $150 annual boot allowance
