Requirements

Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of heavy equipment brands such as CAT, John Deere, Komatsu, Hitachi, and Case.
A minimum of three years of experience as a lube tech.
Familiarity with related servicing tools and software.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
An abundant thinking mindset.
Commitment to safety.
A professional approach in a customer-focused environment.
Must be willing to travel to our four different job sites across Tucson.
Must be drug-free and submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

Servicing and maintenance of heavy-duty construction equipment and commercial vehicles.
Perform essential preventive maintenance inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are upheld.
Maintaining accurate record-keeping for all services rendered, providing essential documentation for our operations.
Contributing to the smooth operation of our landscaping projects in Tucson.
Ensuring the reliability and longevity of our heavy equipment fleet.
