Responsibilities

  • Operate mechanical boom and cable, or tower and cable equipment to lift and move materials, machines or products in many directions in accordance with CB& I operational and safety policy and procedures.
  • Determine load weights and check them against lifting capacities in order to prevent
  • Move levers, depress foot pedals and turn dials to operate cranes, cherry pickers, electro magnets or other moving equipment for lifting, moving and placing l
  • Inspect cables and grappling devices for wear and install or replace cables as
