About The Position

Experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics are needed in the Greensboro, NC region to work for a large service, rental, and parts distributor supporting the Construction, Mining, and Recycling industries. The role offers the opportunity to work with a local team of experienced technicians and at client sites. Work takes place in the shop and on-site in the yard.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of heavy equipment maintenance experience, including work on large stationary or mobile machinery.
• Comfort with hydraulics, welding, electrical systems, preventative maintenance, and diesel engines.
• Valid driver's license.
• Own tools; specialty tools are provided.
• Ability to work independently.
• Successful candidates must undergo background checks and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Background with screening, crushing, conveyors, trommels, or shredders is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on heavy equipment and large stationary or mobile machinery.
• Work with hydraulics, welding, electrical systems, preventative maintenance, and diesel engines.
