About The Position

This role is responsible for operating autoclaves and rigging product for cure. The operator will also direct the activities of others in preparing product for cure, monitor autoclave operations to ensure quality, and maintain accurate documentation of cured products. Additionally, the role involves transporting tools, equipment, and product, and safely operating a forklift.

Requirements

• Must safely drive and operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Operate autoclaves and rig product for cure.
• Direct the activities of others in the preparation of product for cure.
• Periodically check gauges, charts, etc. to verify operation of the autoclaves within specification to ensure the cure of a quality product.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation and records, including product cured by serial number, type of cure, date, autoclave number, shift, etc.
• Transport tools, equipment, and product within the work area and to and from the autoclave.
• Safely drive and operate a forklift.
