About The Position
This position is a temp-to-full-time role that involves loading and unloading parts into a straightener, as well as setting up, operating, and tending heating equipment. The role requires attention to detail for filling out production paperwork and entering information into the Plex system. Candidates must be comfortable working in a high heat environment and possess basic math skills. The ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs is also necessary. This is a drug-free workplace, and all candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and a national background check.
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing setting
- Comfortable in a high heat environment
- Must be able to read and understand work instructions
- Must be able to write and complete required paperwork and enter information into Plex system
- Must have basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- The ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be willing to submit to a national background check
