About The Position
SPIROL is a manufacturing company that functions as a value-added engineering organization, dedicated to providing engineered components and assembly solutions. They are currently seeking a Heat Treater to join their 2nd shift operation. The role involves heat treating products to meet quality and productivity standards, performing periodic maintenance, and operating equipment in compliance with OSHA requirements.
Requirements
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Heat treating products as assigned
- Ensuring all products are heat treated to meet quality standards
- Exceeding productivity standards
- Performing assigned periodic maintenance tasks
- Operating all equipment in compliance with OSHA requirements
