Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or previous work/volunteer experience
Understanding of gas safety and temperature parameters
General knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Basic computer skills
Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends

Nice To Haves

Previous heat treat experience
Prior machine shop experience
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Previous experience with overhead cranes

Responsibilities

Setting up, operating, and adjusting heat-treat equipment
Performing neutral atmosphere heat treating, cycle annealing, and die quenching of clutch plates
Monitoring equipment performance to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Following established manufacturing processes and procedures
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
