About The Position

Responsible for heat-treating brake shoes. This role involves manually loading parts into a fixture, verifying part quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The operator must adhere to all Environmental, Health & Safety standards and work dependably and safely at all times. Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Ability to work well with others
• Must be able to lift 15lbs repeatedly at shoulder height or above
• Must be able stand continuously for 8 -12 hrs
• Ability to bend, twist and lift repetitively
• Demonstrates dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations

Responsibilities
