Requirements
- KNOWLEDGE OF IQ BATCH FURNACE REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of heat treating processes and equipment
- Knowledge in Excel / Word
- Ability to manage/supervise other employees
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Finish MTI Course on Level II Operator Training

Responsibilities
- Operate heat treating equipment to harden and temper steel parts
- Follow established procedures to ensure the quality of the finished product
- Conduct tests to ensure parts meet specifications
- Monitor equipment and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Supervise and assist newer team members
- Willingness to learn and work in other departments as needed
- Ability to move lineup around in the department if jobs are not ready
- Maintain supervision on operators when loads are being built and pictures are being taken
