About The Position

This position is for 3rd Shift, with training provided on 1st Shift. The Heat Treat Operator Lead is responsible for operating heat treating equipment to harden and temper steel parts, following established procedures to ensure product quality, and conducting tests to meet specifications. The role involves monitoring equipment, maintaining a safe work environment, and supervising a team of 3 to achieve production targets. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

• Prior Lead or Supervisor Experience REQUIRED
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of heat treating processes and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
