About The Position

This is a temporary position with the Office of State Human Resources, Temporary Solutions division. The position is located at 2020 Yonkers Rd, Raleigh, Wake County, with the Department of Adult Correction (DAC). Temporary employees are limited to one NC State Government temporary assignment at a time and must be fully qualified for the job. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conducting preliminary hearings in parole and post release cases to determine whether probable cause exists that the post release / parolee violated any conditions within seven working days of the arrest to determine whether there is probable cause to believe that he/she violated a condition of parole or post-release.
