About The Position

Beltone is seeking a motivated, performance-driven individual with a growth mindset and a passion for helping people to join their team as a Hearing Care Professional/Medical Device Sales Professional. This role involves promoting and selling hearing devices by educating patients on their individual hearing loss and the technology available to help them hear better. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding Beltone's reach and significantly impacting patients’ lives by providing them with state-of-the-art hearing technology. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare (not required but a plus).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
Ability to travel within the area.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Passion for helping people and making a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell hearing instruments by educating patients on their individual hearing loss and the technology available to help them hear better.
Promote and sell hearing care products and services.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up support to ensure patient satisfaction.
Travel across the area, visit clinics and meet with patients.
