About The Position
Join a medical device team supporting a new product on an initial contract basis. The role primarily involves making outbound calls to people who have inquired about or are in the process of purchasing the product. Calls help coordinate medical appointments for diagnosis and referral related to the product. This is a fully onsite position based in Hopkins, Minnesota.
Requirements
- Completed college degree.
- Customer service experience.

- One year of call center experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
