About The Position

Snapscale is looking for a Mandarin Bilingual Healthcare Virtual Assistant who can work onsite to join our team and play a key role in ensuring a seamless patient experience. If you have strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, attention to detail, and a passion for healthcare, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
  • BPO experience in a healthcare account is a must
  • Comfortable working with US-based clinics and physicians
  • Experience handling EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation process, and do inbound/outbound calling is a must
  • Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be willing to work onsite

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working virtually for a Private Clinic/Hospital in the US is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Verify patient benefits and insurance coverage
  • Reactivate past patients and maintain engagement
  • Answer inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries in Mandarin and English
  • Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Make outbound calls to leads and potential patients
  • Schedule and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
  • Process prescription refills in accordance with clinic policies
  • Manage electronic medical records (EMR) accurately
  • Audit laboratory results and follow up on missing or pending results
  • Monitor and oversee the clinic’s virtual kiosks
