In this role, you will collaborate with your team to build and maintain loyal customer relationships, drive sales, and achieve positive business outcomes through exceptional service and attentiveness. We provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, focusing on a cutting-edge approach to client experience.

Responsibilities

Care for customers in the store and throughout the entire customer cycle.
Manage and execute omni channel services.
Welcome and guide customers through a smooth customer cycle, attending to all details and providing a best-in-class client experience.
Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets.
Uphold administrative procedures and skillfully manage inventory.
