About The Position

We Inspect is a health-focused environmental inspection company specializing in mold and water damage investigations for individuals experiencing chronic and complex health conditions. We work alongside functional medicine doctors, integrative physicians, naturopathic providers, concierge medicine practices, biohacking-focused clinics, pediatric specialists, and chronic illness-focused practitioners treating patients affected by environmental exposure. When doctors cannot get their patients better, the missing piece is often the home. We Inspect provides the data and inspection clarity practitioners need to help their patients move forward. We are building a stronger practitioner referral ecosystem across key regional markets, and this role is central to that mission. We are hiring a Healthcare Territory Manager – Practitioner Growth to develop and grow practitioner referral networks across multiple priority markets. This is a territory ownership role responsible for both new business development and ongoing relationship growth. You will primarily build relationships virtually and strategically, while selectively engaging in-person within key regions.

Requirements

  • Experience building relationships with healthcare practitioners
  • Experience managing both new business development and ongoing account growth
  • Experience driving referrals, not just closing one-time transactions
  • Build trust with practitioners and clinic teams
  • Navigate decision-makers within small to mid-sized practices
  • Develop and grow a territory strategically, even when it is not geographically centralized
  • Balance urgency with long-term relationship credibility
  • Accountable for outcomes and revenue tied to your territory
  • Comfortable building relationships in a primarily virtual environment
  • Strategic about when in-person engagement adds value
  • Highly disciplined with follow-up and communication
  • Motivated by building something that compounds over time

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with practitioners across multiple target markets
  • Activate new practitioner relationships and convert them into consistent referral sources
  • Nurture and grow existing practitioner relationships into long-term, high-performing referral partners
  • Drive inspection volume across your markets through trusted relationships
  • Work alongside the founders initially, then take full ownership of your territories
  • Own the full lifecycle of practitioner relationships, from first outreach to long-term referral growth
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of practitioners across multiple regions
  • Track and improve referral performance across your network
  • Identify high-performing practitioners and double down on those relationships
  • Re-engage and reactivate underperforming or inactive partners
  • Identify high-value practitioners in target regions
  • Secure meetings and introduce We Inspect’s methodology
  • Establish yourself as a trusted resource within practitioner networks
  • Generate Qualified Local Opportunities (QLOCs), defined as practitioner-referred patients who: Live in an active or target market, Are experiencing health concerns consistent with environmental exposure
  • Maintain consistent communication with referring practitioners
  • Reinforce trust and clarity around our process
  • Grow long-term, high-quality referral relationships
