BrightStar Care of North Dekalb / Peachtree Corners is seeking a Sales Manager to grow our client base, build strong community partnerships, and make a meaningful impact every day. Requirements
- 2+ years of proven success in sales (healthcare or home care preferred)
- Excellent presentation, communication, and closing skills
- Confident in building relationships and asking for business
- Proficient with CRM systems and data analytics
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory growth plan for home care and medical staffing
- Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, and physicians
- Attend networking and community events to promote BrightStar Care services
- Meet with families and prospective clients to understand care needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Use CRM tools to track leads, performance, and results
