POSITION SUMMARY As a Regional Sales Director for the Healthcare team, you will lead a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales and profitability targets by delivering solutions to healthcare end-user customers and prospects in the region. You will collaborate closely with distribution to deliver long term value by aligning strategies and resources to support joint sales growth and deliver customer value. Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate their ability to lead teams, including hiring and developing strong talent, coaching and mentoring teams to deliver targets, and building a high-performing and motivated team. They will also demonstrate capability in managing data and metrics to develop and execute sales plans, strategies, and resource alignment to achieve sales and profitability goals. The candidate will also be able to work cross functionally with distribution and internal stakeholders to drive overall business goals. Candidates must reside in the Western United States.
