About The Position

Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join their growing organization. This role focuses on connecting great people with meaningful work and understanding the impact of each hire on teams, residents, clients, and the community. The recruiter will own full-cycle recruitment, build partnerships with hiring leaders, source and engage candidates, create talent pipelines, deliver an excellent candidate experience, participate in hiring events, and use data to adjust strategies. The position is crucial for supporting the organization's growth and strengthening its workforce to expand its impact.

Requirements

Experience recruiting within healthcare, long-term care/skilled nursing, human services, or the nonprofit sector is strongly preferred.
Experience recruiting nurses, CNAs, clinical professionals, or other high-volume healthcare roles is a big plus.
Must live in MA or CT.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment for a variety of healthcare and mission-driven positions.
Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders and become a trusted talent advisor.
Source and engage candidates, not simply wait for applications.
Create talent pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill positions.
Deliver a warm, responsive, and engaging candidate experience from first conversation through hire.
Participate in hiring events, community outreach, and onsite recruitment initiatives.
Use recruiting data and trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
Help continue to strengthen how we attract, hire, and welcome exceptional people into our organization.
Play a key role in supporting our growth by helping build the workforce needed to expand our impact and serve more individuals, families, and communities.
