About The Position
Ironside Human Resources is seeking to hire full-time, permanent Healthcare Recruiters to join their growing team in Dallas, TX. This is a direct-hire position with a base salary and uncapped commissions. New graduates are encouraged to apply. The role involves heavy phone dialing and working with various recruitment databases to source candidates for healthcare institutions. Responsibilities include screening, facilitating interviews, and assisting with offer extensions for both clinical and non-clinical positions.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service, sales, and/or recruitment experience.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Present professional email etiquette capabilities.
Nice To Haves
- Some formal college experience, Associate's, and/or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Abide by all company protocols and procedures while navigating various recruitment databases and platforms to source candidates for client presentation.
- Work with a diverse portfolio of healthcare institutions in sourcing, screening, facilitating interviews, and assisting with offer extensions for a variety of positions both clinical and non-clinical.
- Heavy phone dialing with a daily dials objective.
