About The Position

We are a growing and fast-paced home care company looking for a great addition to our administrative staff. The recruiter will identify, recruit, and screen potential employees. In addition, the recruiter will serve as a liaison between job seekers and hiring employers, assisting employer clients with efficiently filling openings with qualified candidates. The ideal recruiter matches job seekers with available opportunities based on experience, expertise, and skills. This position requires local travel.

Requirements

Advanced degree OR comparable work experience.
Minimum two (2) years of full cycle recruiting experience in healthcare industry.
Ability to develop and manage a large candidate pipeline.
Ability to foster relationships with internal and external customers.
Ability to work as part of a larger team of focused staff.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
Excellent customer services skills while being detailed oriented!
Excellent personal, organizational, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain consistent workflow.
Oversee the entire recruitment life-cycle process from candidate sourcing through orientation day to ensure timely delivery of services by the company
Utilize an energetic, proactive and creative approach in talent acquisition.
Creatively source and attract qualified candidates for key roles using strategic recruiting methods.
