About The Position
Ironside Human Resources is seeking to hire full-time, permanent Healthcare Recruiters to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. This is a hands-on role with comprehensive training provided by senior team members. The position involves significant phone work and utilizing various recruitment databases to source candidates for healthcare institutions. Responsibilities include screening, facilitating interviews, and assisting with offer extensions for both clinical and non-clinical positions.
Requirements
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Present professional email etiquette capabilities
- 1-2 years of customer service, sales, and/or recruitment experience
Nice To Haves
- Some formal college experience, Associate's, and/or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Abide by all company protocols and procedures
- Navigate various recruitment databases and platforms to source candidates for client presentation
- Work with a diverse portfolio of healthcare institutions in sourcing, screening, facilitating interviews, and assisting with offer extensions for a variety of positions both clinical and non-clinical
- Heavy phone dialing with a daily dials objective
