About The Position

Anders Group is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to join one of the fastest-growing Staffing Companies in the industry. This role involves sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to deliver high-quality allied professionals and nurses for assignments with Anders Group’s clients. It is a sales-focused position where you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying and securing top-tier healthcare talent, with your compensation directly tied to your performance. The ideal candidate will be initiative-taking, possess a strong work ethic, and have exceptional relationship-building skills. You will participate in training and report to Recruiting Managers.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook.
• Sales mentality with closing ability.

Nice To Haves

• Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales or service industry preferred (no recruiting experience required)

Responsibilities

• Initiate phone calls to candidates, including prospecting and fast follow-up with job board applicants, and qualify potential traveler candidates for hire and assignment to Anders Group’s clients.
• Utilize a variety of recruiting tools to develop a growing pipeline of potential traveler candidates including an internal database, referrals, etc.
• Develop relationships, and influence candidates regarding the job market.
• Influence potential traveler candidates on the benefits of employment with travel and assignment to Anders Group’s clients.
• Create candidates’ compensation packages and guide potential traveler candidate profiles to submit to Anders Group’s clients including all necessary documentation.
• Continue building relationships with Travelers while on assignment to maintain customer service.
• Identify, address and plan for “red flag†concerns with or about Travelers on assignment to ensure everyone is set up for success.
• Post jobs on Anders Group outlets.
