About The Position

This role involves recruiting new candidates and managing current field staff. The Healthcare Recruiter will train new employees, provide orientation assistance, and determine applicant qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses, and verifying references against job requirements. The position also involves attracting applicants through various channels, negotiating salaries, and adhering to client confidentiality. The role requires shift rotation as part of an on-call schedule and performing other duties as assigned by the Recruiting Manager. The employee must effectively support and execute the company's mission, ethics, and goals, representing the company positively and professionally, adhering to the dress code, reporting on time, and following all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

High School Education- associate's degree preferred
Ability to effectively communicate in English- verbal and written (Additional languages preferred)
Previous Healthcare Recruiting experience
Cold-calling experience

Responsibilities

Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, websites, and other sources.
Negotiates salaries with candidates/external employees.
Scheduling
Always adhere to client confidentiality.
Rotates shifts as part of the on-call schedule
Performs all other duties assigned by Recruiting Manager
Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively.
Represents themselves in a positive and professional manner in the company and community.
Adheres to dress code with a clean and neat professional appearance.
Reports on time and as scheduled to complete work within the designated time.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicated from executive team.
