About The Position

LifeWorx is a premier elder care and domestic staffing company seeking a Recruiting Associate to join our Great Neck, NY office, responsible for recruiting elder care candidates in the Long Island region. This position is open for an immediate start!

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 2 years of professional office experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal abilities
Strong time-management habits
Full-time, in-office (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM)
Willingness to travel as needed for training programs

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in staffing/recruiting
Prior experience working in a commission-based role
Local market knowledge
Familiarity with the medical/healthcare sector

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from posting job advertisements on various boards to executing proactive outreach and leveraging our network for referrals and new caregiver talent.
Review qualifications and requirements with applicants while thoroughly checking references from past clients to ensure high standards of care.
Conduct thorough in-person interviews to gain deep insight into candidates' strengths, skill sets, and preferences, ensuring optimal, long-term placement matches.
Oversee background checks, verify certifications, and maintain accurate, up-to-date onboarding documentation.
Assist Sales Managers with targeted candidate searches to recommend the best fits for open roles, and step in with short-term coverage assistance as needed.
Review weekly invoicing logs for your assigned working caregivers to ensure precise client billing and timely payroll processing.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with internal team members, Sales Managers, caregiver experts, and community partners to drive continued growth and engagement.
