About The Position

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in delivering all facets of our recruiting success across the organization, while benefiting from a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Travel Nurse and PRN recruitment, including pre and/or post-COVID contract staffing experience
Ability to relate to a diverse range of people and establish meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients
Excellent communication skills with a client / nurse-centered approach
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
Efficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks
Ability to work effectively under deadlines and pressure
A goal-oriented mindset with a drive for success
Active presence on LinkedIn and Facebook coupled with knowledge of effective marketing strategies to attract top talent and promote job openings
Utilize your ability and experience to source and select talent through creative methods while staying up to date with the latest trends in the nurse recruitment industry
Proven experience managing a full desk, including sourcing, submitting, and client relations
A track record of receiving awards or recognition for outstanding performance, or possessing certifications that distinguish you in the nurse recruitment field
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Research prospects and respond to inquiries to convert prospects into interested candidates
Initiate initial contact and conduct pre-screening interviews
Assess, qualify, and disqualify applicants based on their suitability
Develop and maintain networks to generate candidate referrals
Manage the full cycle recruitment, including extending offers and closing with candidates
Work efficiently and effectively to fill open positions
