Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and hire qualified healthcare professionals for per diem and contract assignments across Texas.
- Guide candidates through onboarding and ensure they meet licensing, certification, and compliance requirements in line with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Create professional submission packets for client review and placement consideration.
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with healthcare talent — maintaining an active pipeline and staying connected to their goals and preferences.
- Verify credentials and facilitate background checks, drug screens, and immunization records before placement.
