About The Position

The IPG Team is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter for our Sarasota, FL office. This role offers a competitive Year 1 compensation package, including a base salary, commission, and a weekly stipend during the ramp-up period. The position is designed for individuals with a sales mindset who excel at building relationships and are seeking a career with significant earning potential. As a full-cycle Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals with clients. This is an in-office, full-time position based in Sarasota, FL, requiring on-site work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The role involves direct interaction with clients and candidates, focusing on building lasting relationships and professional development within the recruiting field.

Requirements

Proven Sales Experience With a Track Record of Achieving Goals
Fluent in English With Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Computer Literate and Able to Quickly Learn New Systems and Tools
Able to Commute to Sarasota, FL 34240 and Work On-Site

Nice To Haves

Experience With CRM or ATS Systems (Crelate Experience a Plus)
Prior Healthcare or Staffing Industry Recruiting Experience

Responsibilities

Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle, Including Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, and Placing Healthcare Professionals
Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with Clients and Candidates
Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies to Meet Client Needs
Utilize CRM/ATS Systems to Manage Candidate Pipelines and Client Interactions
Ensure a Seamless, Professional Recruitment Process for Clients and Candidates
