About The Position

Quality Temp Staffing is seeking a driven and resourceful Healthcare Recruiter to find qualified candidates for difficult-to-fill Allied Healthcare positions. This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who is persistent, organized, comfortable talking to people, and willing to think outside the box when traditional recruiting methods aren't working. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, maintaining communication with candidates and hiring managers, tracking documentation, and adapting to various facility protocols. The recruiter will also participate in recruiting events, assist with social media recruiting, and provide general office support.

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, healthcare, or related administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and recruiting platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Reliable source of transportation for events.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or medical staffing recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, social media recruiting, or applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience with career fairs, school outreach, or public speaking.
  • Bilingual (Spanish).

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, referrals, databases, schools, networking, and other creative methods.
  • Recruit for challenging healthcare positions in radiology, laboratory, and rehabilitation therapies and build a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare facility hiring managers.
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates, hiring managers, and HR within different facilities throughout the hiring process.
  • Track multiple candidates at different stages of recruitment and pre-employment.
  • Monitor required documentation and maintain accurate electronic and physical candidate files.
  • Communicate with healthcare facilities regarding candidate qualifications, interviews, onboarding, and facility-specific requirements.
  • Adapt to different facility protocols, requirements, and processes.
  • Participate in career fairs, school presentations, virtual presentations, and other recruiting events.
  • Represent QTS professionally when speaking with students, faculty, healthcare professionals, and prospective employees.
  • Assist with social media recruiting, including filming videos and other recruiting content.
  • Answer phones and assist with general office and administrative responsibilities.
  • Support other departments and coworkers when needed.
