About The Position

Traditional Pediatric and Adult Skilled Home Care Division is hiring a Full-Time Professional Healthcare Recruiter (Monday – Friday 8:30a – 5:00p). This person would directly impact the recruitment efforts with direction from HR and clinical staff. A background in Human Resources / the medical field is helpful in this position, but not necessary for hire. Requirements

  • Must have an outgoing personality and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Interviewing skill set
  • Computer savvy, ATS experience
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Social Media / Job Posting experience
  • Must have a current driver's license
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members and manage time effectively

Nice To Haves

  • A background in Human Resources / the medical field is helpful

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Director of HR, Management, and Care Coordinators to determine hiring needs
  • Phone screen and interview potential candidates for Home Health and Hospice
  • Submit paperwork including reference checks and clearances for potential candidates
  • Participate in recruitment meetings and implement the recruitment plan
  • Actively engage with current employees; collaborate with Administration to ascertain and implement retention strategies
  • Participate in job fairs, health fairs / conventions and sales calls to promote Traditional
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and provide backup support to staff
  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
  • Post and regularly update jobs for multiple divisions / offices based on the needs of each office
  • Monitor Care Coordinator's communication / follow-up with applicants
