About The Position

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Healthcare Recruiter who enjoys the challenge of finding qualified candidates for difficult-to-fill healthcare positions in Allied Healthcare. This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who is persistent, organized, comfortable talking to people, and willing to think outside the box when traditional recruiting methods aren't working.

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, healthcare, or related administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and recruiting platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Reliable source of transportation for events

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or medical staffing recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, social media recruiting, or applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience with career fairs, school outreach, or public speaking.
  • Bilingual (Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, referrals, databases, schools, networking, and other creative methods.
  • Recruit for challenging healthcare positions in radiology, laboratory, and rehabilitation therapies and build a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare facility hiring managers.
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates, hiring managers, and HR within different facilities throughout the hiring process.
  • Track multiple candidates at different stages of recruitment and pre-employment.
  • Monitor required documentation and maintain accurate electronic and physical candidate files.
  • Communicate with healthcare facilities regarding candidate qualifications, interviews, onboarding, and facility-specific requirements.
  • Adapt to different facility protocols, requirements, and processes.
  • Participate in career fairs, school presentations, virtual presentations, and other recruiting events.
  • Represent QTS professionally when speaking with students, faculty, healthcare professionals, and prospective employees.
  • Assist with social media recruiting, including filming videos and other recruiting content.
  • Answer phones and assist with general office and administrative responsibilities.
  • Support other departments and coworkers when needed.
