About The Position

Our progressive Architecture Team seeks a talented Healthcare Project Manager to lead projects in the San Antonio, TX region. This person will be the main point of contact for our Healthcare clients in the region. Strong client-facing experience along with strong technical skills is critical for the success of role. Healthcare Project Manager’s have a passion for designing Healthcare environments, finding the Mission for each client. Whether the project is small or large a candidate will thrive on creating solutions that make these spaces better for the people who occupy them. Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience, inclusive of 4 years of experience in Healthcare design
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program/school
  • Strong, comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices, including project financial, schedule and resource planning.
  • Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
  • Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • Engaging Communication style with clients, teams and consultants
  • Must be quality minded and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities with intentional schedules.

Nice To Haves

  • Registered Architect in the State of Texas is preferred.
  • Candidates with related or similar professional experience will be considered.
  • Experience and proficiency with Healthcare projects and licensing requirements preferred.
  • Education/ Commercial / Institutional market experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with sustainability standards, Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma and Office Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on Healthcare Architecture Projects with various clients
  • Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships.
  • Plan, direct and supervise the architectural team members and coordinate consultant responsibilities of studies, design or construction documents of various scale projects.
  • Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate the development of individual or multiple projects, maintaining oversight to achieve goals of the firm.
  • Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.
