About The Position
Play a Key Role in Clinical Research – Temporary, Full Time Role in Metairie! Looking for a short-term position in healthcare, medicine, or clinical research? Help us move medicine forward by playing an active role in conducting new and innovative clinical trials in your community. DelRicht Research is an integrated organization of premier investigational sites. Our mission is to move medicine forward by providing the best quality service to our clients and engaging more patients in clinical research. This is a full-time, temporary role projected to last 6-8 weeks, with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role. No prior clinical research experience required- just bring your attention to detail, curiosity, and enthusiasm! NOTE: This is an onsite M-F position based at our Corporate Headquarters location in Metairie, LA.
Requirements
- B.S or B.A from any accredited university in any degree
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and other cloud-based computer systems
- Self motivated, energetic and positive
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, with strong organizations and effective time management skills
- Skilled at problem solving and solution focused
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of healthcare experience
- Confidence reviewing medical charts
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Understanding of healthcare operations
- Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
Responsibilities
- Assist with oversight and maintenance of activities related to the conduct of clinical trials at the site
- Complete chart reviews to ensure consistency and accuracy across our electronic medical record (EMR) platforms
- Ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols
- Coordinate, communicate and collaborate with clinical teams across our site network
- Detail plans for timely correction of electronic source errors
