About The Position

The Healthcare Program Manager leads complex, cross-solution implementations for Qualtrics’ largest enterprise healthcare clients. Reporting to the Director, PMO, the manager influences internal cross-functional teams—including Delivery, Technical, Support, Advisors, and Growth partners—to support seamless, high-quality execution. The role focuses on program governance, integrated plans and RAID logs, executive reporting, proactive risk and escalation management, clear communication with executive, operational, and technical audiences, and disciplined scope management. The manager also coordinates implementation completion and transitions clients to long-term relationship owners, while adapting program templates and using AI and automation tools to improve reporting and communication. This position supports high-visibility enterprise healthcare SaaS deployments and works with executive, clinical, operational, and technical leaders at healthcare organizations. The team operates in a hybrid model, gathering in the office three days each week: Mondays, Thursdays, and one additional day selected by the organizational leader. The stated Illinois base annual pay range is $122,500–$148,500; the offered amount may vary based on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an offer.
