About The Position
Purple Cow Recruiting is an established healthcare recruiting firm seeking experienced healthcare recruiters who specialize in physician recruitment. This is a 100% remote, 1099 Independent Contractor, commission-only position. Recruiters will have the opportunity to build their own recruiting desk, manage the full recruiting process from sourcing to placement, and build their own pipeline to grow their income. The company has active physician, APP, travel nursing, and medical sales openings nationwide and nearly 10 years of experience in healthcare recruiting.
Requirements
- Healthcare recruiting experience (physicians preferred)
- Strong sourcing and LinkedIn recruiting skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- U.S.-based
