About The Position

Jobologi is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry Level Healthcare Outreach Coordinator to support the timely communication, tracking, documentation, and follow-up of time-sensitive clinical information. This entry-level healthcare operations position involves monitoring worklists, making outbound calls to patients, referring providers, and healthcare facilities, confirming critical findings of imaging and laboratory reports, documenting communication, and following established procedures for follow-up and escalation.
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, comfortable communicating by phone, and able to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. This is a 24/7 operation, and the position requires flexibility to work assigned shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. This is a non-clinical position and does not involve interpreting results or providing medical advice.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare, administrative, customer service, call center, or related experience preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare, health administration, business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned STAT, Critical Findings, imaging, and clinical follow-up worklists and tracking systems.
• Make outbound calls to healthcare patients, facilities, and referring providers to confirm receipt of reports and clinical information.
• Document calls, contacts, follow-up actions, report receipt, and resolution status accurately.
• Coordinate re-faxing or resending of reports when necessary and document completed follow-up.
• Monitor outstanding items through completion and escalate unresolved issues according to established procedures.
• Review information in electronic health records and other healthcare systems to support accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, comply with HIPAA, and company procedures.
