About The Position

Ironbloom Collective is expanding its team and looking for friendly, motivated, and outgoing individuals to join us as Community Outreach Representatives. This role is ideal for those who enjoy meeting new people, communicating, teamwork, and learning new skills, offering a great opportunity to launch a professional career. No previous outreach, marketing, or communications experience is required, as paid training is provided. As a Community Outreach Representative, you will serve as a professional representative for client campaigns, connecting community members with important programs, services, and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Representing clients at community events, outreach locations, and local engagement activities.
• Speaking directly with members of the public and creating positive, informative interactions.
• Explaining campaign initiatives, programs, and services clearly and approachably.
• Delivering brief presentations and answering questions from community members.
• Building positive relationships with members of the local community.
• Supporting the planning and execution of local outreach campaigns.
• Gathering community feedback and communicating key information to team leadership.
• Recording campaign activity and maintaining accurate outreach information.
• Working collaboratively with team members to accomplish campaign objectives.
• Participating in paid training, team meetings, and professional development sessions.
