Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative
About The Position
We’re hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to support nonprofit organizations through community events, fundraising campaigns, public outreach, and donor engagement. No previous nonprofit, fundraising, marketing, sales, or outreach experience is required. Requirements

- 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. required
- Full-time availability, including occasional weekends, is required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, marketing, events, or community outreach is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and fundraising campaigns
- Engage with the public through friendly, professional conversations
- Educate community members about nonprofit programs and initiatives
- Encourage donations, volunteer participation, and community involvement
- Support fundraising, donor engagement, and outreach campaigns
- Assist with event setup, registration, outreach booths, and promotional materials
- Build positive relationships with donors, volunteers, and community members
- Track supporter interactions and campaign engagement
- Work with outreach and marketing teams to achieve campaign goals
- Participate in paid training, team meetings, and professional development
