About The Position
Join a paid research initiative in collaboration with a leading AI research organization focused on advancing healthcare operations, member experiences, and enterprise decision-making. We are seeking professionals currently working in large healthcare organizations to participate in a compensated online research survey. This study aims to better understand operational workflows, cross-functional collaboration, technology adoption, organizational challenges, and perspectives on emerging AI solutions within healthcare and health services environments. Your insights will help inform the development of practical AI technologies designed to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and collaboration across healthcare enterprises. This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity involving a one-time online survey.
Requirements
- Currently employed by a large healthcare, health services, health insurance, pharmacy benefits, managed care, or related healthcare organization.
- Currently working in one of the following functional areas: Operations, Strategy, Product Management, Program Management, Sales, Account Management, Customer Experience, Marketing, Communications, Clinical or Pharmacy Leadership (non-patient-facing), Information Technology, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Actuarial, Finance, Legal, Compliance.
- Experience working within enterprise healthcare or health services organizations.
- Familiarity with organizational workflows, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfortable participating in structured research studies and providing thoughtful professional feedback.
- Ability to independently complete an online survey.
Responsibilities
- Complete a structured online survey lasting approximately 30 minutes.
- Share insights from your day-to-day responsibilities and organizational workflows.
- Provide feedback on operational processes, technology adoption, communication practices, analytics, customer or member experience, and strategic initiatives.
- Discuss common challenges encountered within large healthcare organizations.
- Offer perspectives on how AI-powered tools can improve efficiency, collaboration, and decision-making across healthcare functions.
