About The Position

The Part-Time Healthcare Environmental Technician manages a Product Collection Program at a customer site as part of a recycling program. The role provides inspection services at customer facilities, including inspecting collection bins, collecting data through a mobile app, packaging full containers for shipment, and conducting other required facility inspections. The technician submits weekly activity reports through the mobile app and works with the client to improve program efficiency. The position also supports project billing and cost tracking, maintains inspection supplies, and holds the credentials needed to work at client locations. A personal vehicle and reliable transportation are required to travel between customer sites; mileage is reimbursed. Hours may vary from 10 to 20 per week. The technician completes training provided by Arcwood and may provide customer assistance outside regular hours as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous work experience.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between customer sites.

Responsibilities

Prioritize health and safety by following policies and processes and maintaining safe practices.
Inspect collection bins, collect data through a mobile app, package full containers for shipment, and conduct other facility inspections as required.
Submit weekly activity reports through the mobile app and work with the client to achieve program efficiencies.
Complete project billing and cost tracking as needed.
Maintain inventory of supplies needed to conduct inspections.
Receive and maintain credentials required to provide service at client locations.
Complete training provided by Arcwood.
Respond as needed to assist customers during off hours.
Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
