About The Position

We're seeking customer-focused professionals to support members enrolled in government-funded healthcare programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace plans. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. Representatives serve as a trusted resource for members by answering questions related to health insurance coverage, billing, benefits, provider networks, premiums, deductibles, and more.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think critically and solve problems independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
Strong listening skills and attention to detail
Empathy and a genuine desire to help others
Ability to learn and explain complex information clearly
Minnesota residency
Private workspace and reliable high-speed internet with ethernet connectivity

Nice To Haves

Call center or contact center experience
Healthcare, insurance, benefits, or member services experience
Experience supporting customers over the phone
Previous remote work experience

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound member calls, averaging 50-70 calls per day
Assist members with questions regarding coverage, benefits, premiums, billing, deductibles, copays, and provider networks
Research and resolve customer concerns accurately and efficiently
Ask thoughtful questions to understand member needs and identify appropriate solutions
Document interactions and maintain accurate records
Navigate multiple systems while delivering a positive member experience
Meet quality, productivity, and service expectations
