Requirements

Executive assistant experience
Ability to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Ability to work some on-call as needed by the executive team
Must have the ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

Care navigation/care coordination experience would be a bonus!

Responsibilities

Collaborate with our dedicated team to coordinate high-quality care for CMO patients
Coordinate referrals
Promptly schedule patients in need of urgent add-on appointments
Contribute to various care coordination special projects
Provide exceptional executive assistance to our practice's president and complete administrative duties as assigned
