About The Position

This is a special project assignment where a group of 10 consultants will be supporting 8 FTE in the Campus Support Center in Glendale, CA. This position requires the flexibility to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays after training. Consultants will be making outbound calls to patients to assist with confirming pharmacy refills, annual wellness visits, ER Outreach for people that have frequent visits to the emergency room, new authorizations, and additional projects as they come about from leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of administrative medical field experience
  • 1 year of experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to hide, copy, paste, and filter within Excel
  • Experience with insurance verifications
  • Experience with authorizations
  • Data entry skills
