In this position, you assist customers with questions, inquiries, and issues related to their healthcare coverage. Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients’ success. The pay rate is $16.00 an hour which may be below your state’s minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying. Hours of Operation Monday-Sunday 8:00AM - 10:00PM EST. Must have the flexibility to work anytime during these hours, including weekends & holidays. Training Time: 9:00AM – 6:00PM EST. Training Duration: 7 Weeks in a classroom and 2 weeks Nesting in a supportive environment. Health benefits, medical, dental and vision are available on 1st day of employment. Paid time off is accrued after 180 days (about 6 months) of employment. Successfully manage 30-40 systems and 25-40 calls per day.
